Travel Nursing Career Scholarship

TravelNursing.com is excited to offer a $1,000 Nursing Career Scholarship to help nurses advance their career and reach their professional goals. 

We are devoted to helping nurses succeed at all points in their career. It is our goal in offering a nursing scholarship like this to help nurses advance their career through continuing education and/or advanced degree opportunities.

Here’s How to Enter:

Write a 500-word essay, which provides insight into why you chose nursing as your career and how this nursing scholarship will help you further your education/career goals.

Our editorial team will review all qualified essays and select one winner. The winner will be contacted and announced on the TravelNursing.com website and our social media pages.

Nursing Scholarship Details and Requirements:

Prize: $1000

Education: Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited nursing school.

Age: 18+

Status: Applicants must have a valid nursing license in good standing with the BON. 

Selection Process:

Applications will be reviewed by the TravelNursing.com editorial team. The winner will be selected based on the submission essay and adherence to application requirements. 

Once the winner is decided and notified, he/she will receive a mailed 1099-MISC tax form and the check will be delivered to their address. The winner of the nursing scholarship award will be fully responsible for the taxes incurred from receiving the award. 

Also, the winner will need to sign a release form, providing TravelNursing.com the ability to use their name and selections from their essay on our web and social sites.
