Competitive pay rates
Travel nurses receive lucrative pay rates through our partners. Hourly rates
vary for each assignment, up to $40 per hour for registered nurses. While on
assignment, you will be paid by the payroll department of your travel nursing
company.
Sign-on and completion bonuses
Are you interested in earning some extra cash? Many of the facilities that our
travel partners work with offer sign-on and completion bonuses of up to $6,000
for travelers. Your recruiter can provide you with further details.
Referral bonuses
Referring friends and colleagues to travel nursing makes the industry stronger.
When you refer a coworker or friend to one of our travel partners, you will
receive a bonus of $500 when your friend completes a 13-week assignment.
Guaranteed pay
With our partners, you will be paid even if you are called off because of low
census. Check with your recruiter for specific guidelines.
401(k) retirement plan and flexible spending accounts
Many travel nurse companies will allow their travelers to participate in their 401(k) plans.
Our travel partners provide 401(k) plans with matching employer contributions to travel nurses.
You can start contributing beginning on your first day of assignment and may contribute up to
$15,500, tax free. Travelers age 50 or older may contribute up to $20,500.
Discount programs
Our partners also offer discount programs with special rates for cell phones,
pagers, roadside assistance, luggage, health club memberships and more.
